Just a couple of things to add - anyone thinking about take the boat out by yourself the whole area is incredibly windy so mooring up in Lagos was quite tough as we kept getting blown off course. Also luckily we had a land crew and sea crew as we had very inexperienced passengers. The land crew were able to pay for a space in Lagos marina before the boat came in. If you sail into Lagos it is very busy with tour boats coming on and out of the marina so prebook a space ahead of the trip. »
